Community Guidelines

Why These Rules Exist

Hadi Yapalım is a community where people meet new friends, do activities together, and exchange services. To make sure everyone feels safe, respected, and comfortable, we need shared rules. These apply both inside the app and when meeting in real life.

1. Respect and Kindness

• Always be respectful to other users — in messages, listing comments, and when meeting.
• Be tolerant of different opinions, beliefs, lifestyles, and identities.
• Hate speech, discrimination, racism, sexism, or homophobic content is not allowed.
• Keep discussions civil; avoid personal attacks.

2. Honest and Accurate Information

• Use real information in your profile — fake names, fake photos, and misleading age claims are prohibited.
• Describe the service or activity in your listings accurately.
• Don't make false promises or misrepresent your skills.
• One person may open only one account. Multi-account manipulation is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content

You may absolutely not share the following:

• Illegal content: Drugs, weapons, contraband, forged documents, unlawful services.
• Sexual content: Pornographic material, sexual service offers, nude photos.
• Violence: Violent or provocative imagery, threatening statements.
• Content harmful to minors: Any content targeting or exploiting children is immediately reported to law enforcement.
• Hate speech: Content targeting hate, discrimination, or degradation of any group.
• Copyright infringement: Unauthorized use of others' photos, text, brands, or content.
• Doxxing: Sharing someone else's phone number, address, workplace, or similar info without consent.
• Spam and ads: Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional messages.

4. Fraud and Manipulation

• Misleading pricing, hidden fees, or fake discounts are not acceptable.
• Redirecting users off the app to demand payment is prohibited.
• Writing fake reviews or soliciting fake reviews from others is prohibited.
• We never ask for credit card details, passwords, or other sensitive information — you shouldn't ask for or share these either.

5. Safe Meeting Principles

When meeting someone you met through the app, prioritize your safety with these steps:

• Meet for the first time in a public, crowded place (café, park, sports venue).
• Let someone you trust know where you're going and who you're meeting.
• Don't invite a stranger to your home or into a private space.
• Avoid alcohol, drugs, or substances that affect your judgment.
• If you feel uncomfortable, leave immediately; if needed, call the local emergency line.
• Keep communication in the app — don't share personal contact info unless necessary.

6. Age Requirement — 18+

• Hadi Yapalım is open only to users aged 18 and above. Use by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• This age limit applies without exception, even with parental or legal-guardian consent.
• Any account detected to belong to a person under 18, or found to have misrepresented age, will be permanently deleted immediately — without prior notice, without warning, and without refund of paid amounts. The same person is blocked from opening a new account.
• If you notice an account you suspect belongs to someone under 18, report it via Report a Violation.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

• Share only content that belongs to you or that you have permission to use.
• Don't use trademarked or copyrighted materials without permission.
• You are fully legally responsible for the content you upload.

8. Violations and Enforcement

Users found violating our community guidelines — whether service seeker, service provider, participant, or organizer — face the following actions, depending on severity:

• Warning: For minor or first-time violations — a chance to correct behavior.
• Content removal: The relevant listing, message, review, or content is removed.
• Temporary suspension: Account is disabled for 7–30 days.
• Permanent ban: For serious violations (fraud, harassment, illegal content, fake identity, identity theft), the account is permanently closed and the same person is prevented from opening a new account (via device, IP and technical parameters).
• Legal action: Cases involving criminal elements are reported to authorities; necessary evidence and logs are shared.

Important — Includes Premium/Paid Accounts: The above enforcement actions are applied regardless of whether the user has an active Premium subscription, paid boost, accrued earnings, or any other paid right. If a rule violation occurs, the account may be closed and you may not claim refund, credit for the remaining period, or compensation. You accept this condition in advance when you start using the Service.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

As the community grows, these guidelines may be updated. For important changes, we'll notify you via in-app message or email.
